During his time in optometry school, he completed externships at prestigious clinics in Phoenix, Arizona, and Murray, Utah, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience.
Beyond his academic achievements, Dr. Zilles is deeply committed to giving back to those in need. He participated in a humanitarian mission in Hermosillo, Mexico, where he provided essential eye care services to underserved communities, showcasing his dedication to improving the vision health of others.
In his personal life, Dr. Zilles finds joy in spending time with his wife and three sons. An avid sports fan, he passionately supports the Utah State Aggies and Utah Jazz.
